We guarantee that your products will arrive as described on our website.

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable.

In case the package is damaged by the shipper agency, contact the shipping company, and file a claim.

We do not request signature confirmation on our packages. In events when a package is lost by the shipping company, a claim must be filed by buyer with the shipping company. Refund if any will be issued by shipping company based on its claim process.

If the item arrives perfectly, but the item was functionless , buyer can ship the item back to us in 14 days. We will either make a 100% store credit minus all shipping and handling charges or a replacement. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

First of all , buyer has to send us back the product for a replacement or store credit and inform us about tracking number.

The product has to be in original condition with all own accessories, and in original box for a replacement or store credit.

If the product is sent as damaged and broken or without all own accessories, the item is not accepted, and the item will be sent directly back to buyer again.

We are not a liquidation company, any of our product are NOT refurbished ( except informing as refurbished) for reuse. All products are new and qualified. Customers are very attracted to our super low prices on high quality items! We get all items directly from factory. We do routine testing of all of our products before shipping, however we cannot test each item for 48 hours nor do we plan to test every aspect of every item in every situation.If any item arrives dead or fail within a very short time, please do not hesitate to inform us. THIS IS THE NATURE OF THIS PURCHASE! The above rules are necessary for us to be in business with you perfectly.
